摘要
量子元胞自动机(quantum-dot cellular automata,QCA)是一种新兴的纳米器件。文章基于QCA提出了一位的三输入比较器设计方案,并用QCADesigner软件进行仿真。结果表明,所设计的电路具有正确的逻辑功能。在设计过程中采用共面交联和二维改进型时钟方案,有效提高数据的流水线性质及数据的并行计算优化度,此外,采用减少信息传输距离和分层的设计思想减少了整个电路的时钟延迟和横截面积。
Quantum dot cellular automata(QCA) is an emerging nano device. In this paper, one bit 3-input comparators are designed based on QCA. QCADesigner is used to simulate the circuits. The re suits show that the proposed comparators are of correct logic function. Coplanar crosslinking and 2 D wave clocking scheme are used to improve data pipelining and parallel processing. Besides, the idea with the design of 3-input comparators using vertically stacked QCA circuits and reducing distance between inputs and outputs is adopted, thus resulting in decreased area and delay.
