帕金森病中医生存质量量表的初步评价

Preliminary Evaluation of Traditional Chinese Medicine Quality of Life Scale for Parkinson's Disease

【目的】通过同时采用统一帕金森病评定量表(UPDRS)和帕金森病中医生存质量量表评价中医药治疗帕金森病的疗效,测评帕金森病中医生存质量量表的效标关联效度及反应度。【方法】采用自身个体对照试验,以访谈的形式,运用UPDRS和帕金森病中医生存质量量表于中医药治疗前及治疗1个月后同时对50例帕金森病患者的病情变化进行测评。采用相关系数分析、Wilcoxon符号秩和检验等方法分析帕金森病中医生存质量量表的效标关联效度及反应度。【结果】采用UPDRS与帕金森病中医生存质量量表评估中医药治疗前后患者病情的变化情况,其结果均有统计学意义(P <0.05),即两者均可有效地评估中医药治疗帕金森病患者的生存质量改变情况。两量表对于中医药疗效的反应度适中,且帕金森病中医生存质量量表的敏感度高于UPDRS,但其社会关系与环境因素维度的敏感度较低。【结论】帕金森病中医生存质量量表对中医药治疗帕金森病疗效有较好的反应度,且灵敏度较UPDRS高。

Objective Unified Parkinson’s Disease Rating Scale（UPDRS）and Traditional Chinese Medicine Quality of Life Scale for Parkinson’s Disease（TCM-QOLS-PD）were used for the evaluation of therapeutic effectof Chinese medicine for Parkinson’s Disease（PD）, so as to assess the criterion-related validity andresponsiveness of TCM-QOLS-PD. Methods Pre-and post-treatment self control trial was carried out in 50 casesof PD patients. The therapeutic effect on PD patients after treatment for one month was evaluated separately withUPDRS and TCM-QOLS-PD by the method of interview. Correlation coefficient analysis method and Wilcoxonsigned-rank test were used for assessing the criterion-related validity and responsiveness of TCM-QOLS-PD.Results The differences of alternations of illness state of PD patients before and after treatment evaluated separatelywith UPDRS and TCM-QOLS-PD were significant（P 〈 0.05）,indicating that the two scales were effective forevaluating the quality of life of PD patients treated by Chinese medicine. The responsiveness of the two scales forevaluating the therapeutic effect of Chinese medicine in treating PD was mild,and the sensitivity of TCM-QOLS-PD was higher than that of UPDRS,but the sensitivity of the dimensions of social relationship and environmentalfactors of TCM-QOLS-PD was relatively low. Conclusion TCM-QOLS-PD has a satisfactory criterion-relatedvalidity and responsiveness for evaluating the therapeutic effect of Chinese medicine in treating PD, and the sensitivity of TCM-QOLS-PD is higher than that of UPDRS.
