刺络拔罐法结合清肺汤治疗肺经风热型痤疮疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Collateral-pricking and Cupping Therapy Combined with Qingfei Decoction in Treating Acne with Lung Meridian Wind-heat Type

【目的】观察刺络拔罐法结合清肺汤治疗风热型痤疮的临床疗效。【方法】将80例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各40例。治疗组给予刺络拔罐法结合清肺汤治疗,对照组给予异维A酸口服治疗,4周为1个疗程,共治疗2个疗程。评价2组疗效及安全性,比较2组治疗前后面部痤疮特异性生活质量评分变化情况。【结果】(1)疗效方面:经2个疗程治疗后,治疗组总有效率为80.0%,对照组为57.5%,治疗组的总有效率及总体疗效均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)面部痤疮特异性生活质量评分方面:治疗后,2组的社会功能、自我感知、情感功能的评分均较治疗前改善(P<0.05),且治疗组在改善面部痤疮特异性生活质量的各项评分方面均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)安全性方面:治疗过程中,2组患者均未出现明显不良反应,血、尿、大便常规及肝肾功能均未出现异常变化。【结论】刺络拔罐法结合清肺汤治疗肺经风热型痤疮具有良好的治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of collateral-pricking and cupping therapy combined with Qingfei Decoction for the treatment of acne with lung meridian wind-heat type. Methods Eighty patients wererandomly divided into treatment group and control group,40 cases in each group. The treatment group receivedcollateral-pricking and cupping therapy combined with oral use of Qingfei Decoction, and the control groupreceived oral use of 13-cis-retinoic acid. Four weeks constituted one treatment course,and the treatment covered2 treatment courses. The clinical outcomes included the therapeutic effect, safety, and the changes of FacialAcne-Specific Quality of Life Questionnaire（Acne-QOL）scores. Results（1）Clinical effect：after 2 treatmentcourses, the total effective rate was 80.0% in the treatment group and was 57.5% in the control group. The totaleffective rate and overall clinical efficacy in the treatment group were superior to those in the control group,thedifference being statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）.（2）Acne-QOL scores：after treatment,the scores of societyfunction,self-perception and emotional function in the two groups were improved as compared with those beforetreatment（P 〈 0.05）,the improvement of the scores of various items in the treatment group was superior to that inthe control group, the difference being statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）.（3）During the treatment, neitheradverse reaction nor abnormal routine parameters of blood,urine and stool as well as the function of liver andkidney were found in the two groups. Conclusion The combination of collateral-pricking and cupping therapy combined with Qingfei Decoction has better clinical curative effect for acne with lung meridian wind-heat type.
