基于中医传承系统探讨罗颂平孕前运用中药防治复发性流产的用药规律

Investigation of Pre-pregnant Medication Rules of Professor LUO Song-Ping for Preventing and Curing Recurrent Abortion with Chinese Medicine Based on Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System

【目的】采用中医传承辅助系统(V2.5)分析罗颂平教授治疗复发性流产的用药规律。【方法】收集罗颂平教授孕前运用中药疗法防治复发性流产的905首处方,录入中医传承辅助系统(V2.5),运用关联规则Apriori算法、改进的互信息法、复杂系统熵聚类、无监督分级聚类等方法对罗颂平教授治疗复发性流产的用药规律进行分析。【结果】905首处方共包含141味药物,使用频次居前15位的中药为菟丝子、山药、续断、桑寄生、白术、党参、覆盆子、鸡血藤、黄芪、女贞子、杜仲、白芍、丹参、陈皮、枸杞子等,分析得到使用频次在400以上中药的药物组合的关联规则13个,挖掘得到核心组合16个、新处方8首。【结论】罗颂平教授孕前中药防治复发性流产主要以脾肾论治,注重补肾健脾,传承了中医治疗滑胎"预培其损"的辨治思路。

Objective To analyze the medication rules of professor LUO Song-Ping for preventing and treating recurrent abortion with Chinese medicine by Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System（V2.5）.Methods The data of the 905 recipes prescribed by professor LUO for preventing and treating recurrent abortionbefore pregnancy were collected and input into the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System（V2.5）, and then the medication rules of professor LUO for preventing and treating recurrent abortion beforepregnancy were mined by using association rule analysis,revised mutual information,complex system entropycluster and unsupervised hierarchical clustering. Results A total of 905 recipes involving 141 herbs were includedinto the study. The leading 15 herbs with high frequency were Semen Cuscutae, Rhizoma Dioscoreae, RadixDipsaci, Herba Taxilli, Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae, Radix Codonopsis, Fructus Rubi, CaulisSpatholobi,Radix Astragali,Fructus Ligustri Lucidi,Cortex Eucommiae,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Radix SalviaeMiltiorrhizae, Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae, and Fructus Lycii. And we obtained 13 association rules of theherbal combination with the frequency over 400, 16 core herbal combinations and 8 new candidate recipes.Conclusion Professor LUO is experienced in treating recurrent abortion focused on the spleen and kidney,andfrequently adopts the herbs with the actions of tonifying kidney and strengthening spleen, which inherits thethoughts of treating habitual abortion by the methods of beforehand supplementing the insufficiency showed in the traditional Chinese medicine theory.
