基于中医传承辅助平台探讨治疗老年社区获得性肺炎方剂的组方规律

Analysis on Composition Principles of Prescriptions for Elderly Community Acquired Pneumonia Using Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System

【目的】基于中医传承辅助平台(V2.5)软件,分析近年来期刊文献中以中医药治疗老年社区获得性肺炎的用药规律。【方法】收集近年来中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据库、维普数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库中运用中医药方剂治疗老年性肺炎的文献,筛选并建立方剂数据库,采用关联规则分析、复杂系统熵聚类等数据挖掘方法,分析中医药治疗老年性肺炎的用药规律。【结果】共筛选出127首处方,涉及中药160种,使用频次较高的常用药物为甘草、黄芩、杏仁、茯苓、浙贝母、桔梗、桑白皮、陈皮、黄芪、鱼腥草、半夏、麻黄、白术、麦冬、连翘、生石膏、知母等;出现频率最高的药物组合为黄芩—甘草;挖掘出20个核心组合和10首新处方。【结论】近年来期刊文献中治疗老年性肺炎的方剂组方以清热化痰、理气补气药物为主。

Objective To analyze the medication rules for treating elderly community acquired pneumonia（CAP）with Chinese medicine reported in Chinese periodical articles issued in recent years by using the TraditionalChinese Medicine（TCM）Inheritance Support Platform（V2.5）. Methods The articles related to treating elderlyCAP with Chinese formulas issued in recent years were collected from CNKI,Wanfang database,VIP databaseand Chinese biomedical literature database,and then the formulas were screened for the establishment of a formuladatabase.The medication rules for the formulas were analyzed by using data mining methods such as associationrule analysis and complex system entropy clustering. Results A total of 127 formulas used for treating elderly CAPwere obtained, which involved 160 herbs. The frequently-used herbs were Radix Glycyrrhizae, RadixScutellariae,Semen Armeniacae Amarum,Poria,Bulbus Fritillariae Pallidiflorae,Radix Platycodonis,CortexMori, Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae, Radix Astragali, Herba Houttuyniae, Rhizoma Pinelliae, HerbaEphedrae,Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae,Radix Ophiopogonis,Fructus Forsythiae,Gypsum Fibrosum,Rhizoma Anemarrhenae; the combination of Radix Glycyrrhizae and Radix Scutellariae had the highest usagefrequency; 20 core herbal combinations and 10 candidate prescriptions were mined from the database.Conclusion The Chinese herbal formulas for treating elderly CAP reported in Chinese periodical articles issued inrecent years are mainly composed of Chinese medicines with the actions of clearing heat and resolving phlegm,regulating Qi and tonifying Qi.
