传统中医价值取向音乐治疗研究述评

Overview of Research on Music Therapy Orientated by Traditional Chinese Medical Value

从医疗价值取向音乐治疗的应用角度,概述了中国古有的巫医音乐治疗思想、萨满音乐治疗思想、五音疗法思想,分类介绍了当代的音乐笛疗法、音乐电疗法、颂钵音乐疗法。古代医疗价值取向的音乐治疗先是以巫师的音乐医疗行为为主体,后来逐步演化为以民间五音疗法的运用为主。当代医疗价值取向的音乐治疗在继承和发展的基础上,提出了状态导向音乐治疗(guide state music therapy,GSMT)。研究中国传统音乐治疗理论与方法体系,将为未来医疗价值取向音乐治疗体系的建立提供参考。

From the perspect of the application of medical value-oriented music therapy,this paper discussed the thoughts of witch medicine music therapy,shaman music therapy,and five-note therapy in ancient China,andsummarized music flute therapy,music electrotherapy,and eulogizing music therapy in contemporary China. Theancient music therapy orientated by traditional Chinese medical value firstly focused on the music medicalbehaviors of the sorcerer,and then gradually developed into the application of folk five-note therapy. Following theinheritance and development of ancient music therapy,guide state music therapy（GSMT）was put forward on thebasis of modern practice of contemporary medical value-oriented music therapy. The research of the theoretical andmethodological system of traditional Chinese music therapy will supply evidence for the establishment of future medical value-oriented music therapy system.
