摘要
煤炭开采造成的地表沉陷、植被损害以及地下水系破坏等一系列的生态环境问题制约了煤炭工业的发展。建立科学、合理的生态恢复与环境重建体系,统筹协调煤炭资源开发与环境保护,推进矿区生态文明建设,具有重要的科学价值和实践意义。本文从环保政策要求、生态修复方面存在的问题进行分析并提出相关建议,为矿区环境治理及政策制定提供相关参考。
Coal Mining results in a series of ecological problems such as surface subsidence,vegetation damage and groundwater system damage, which restrict the development of coal industry. Thus, it is meaningful to set up a scientific system of ecological restoration and environmental reconstruction to coordinate coal mining and environmental protection, and promote the ecological civilization construction in coal mining area. In this paper, the requirements of environmental policies and problems of ecological remediation were analyzed.Suggestions were put forward to provide reference for environmental management and policy making in coal mining area.
