摘要
通过对2013-2017年兰州市1947个场点采集的260 744份绵羊血清样品进行实验室检测,检出阳性样品1 948份,平均阳性率0.75%。对近5年绵羊布鲁氏菌病血清学监测结果分析,发现绵羊布病防控前检测阳性数量和阳性率均呈上升趋势;通过采取以检测、扑杀等相结合的综合防控措施,使绵羊布鲁氏菌病得到有效控制,检测阳性数量和阳性率均呈逐年下降趋势。不同养殖场点检出阳性数量存在差异,以规模场检出阳性数量最多,阳性率最高,人与绵羊感染具有相关性。本文综合分析了兰州市绵羊布鲁氏菌病快速上升的主要原因和采取的综合防治措施,并提出了今后的防控建议。
Through laboratory testing of 260,744 sheep serum samples collected from 1947 sites in Lanzhou between 2013 and 2017, 1948 positive samples were detected, with an average positive rate of 0.75 %. The analysis of serological surveillance results of brucellosis in sheep in the past 5 years revealed that both the positive numbers and rates showed an upward trend before the prevention and control of sheep brucellosis. By adopting comprehensive prevention and control measures such as detection and culling, the brucellosis in sheep is effectively controlled, and both the positive numbers and rates of detection have been declining year by year. There were differences in positive numbers detected at different sites, where the largest positive number and he highest positive rate were detected on those scale sites, and human and sheep infections are related. This paper summarizes the main reasons for the rapid increase of brucellosis in sheep and the current comprehensive prevention and treat- ment measures taken in Lanzhou, and puts forward the prevention and control advice in next phases.
