摘要
民用无人机行业在中国发展迅猛,但是无人机飞行员的心理选拔与评估呈现一个空白的状态。研究运用艾森克人格问卷简式量表中国版(EPQ-RSC),对30名无人机飞行学员进行了测评,将测评结果与16-19岁的男性常模进行比较。结果表明:无人机飞行学员E分明显高于常模,N分明显低于常模,并且均具有显著性差异;P分和L分与常模无差异,但是P维度上的无差异与教师的日常观察不一致,日常观察中P维度得分高的学员飞行成绩更好,因而需要进一步的实证研究加以深入探索。
Civil UAV industry is developing rapidly in China, but the psychological selection and evaluation of UAV pilots show a blank state. Using the Eysenck personality questionnaire and the Chinese version of(EPQ-RSC), the flight cadets of 30 UAVs were tested, and the results were compared with those of 16-19 year old male norm. The results show that the UAV flying cadets E scores were higher than the norm, N score was lower than the norm, and there were significant differences; P and L had no difference with the norm, but no difference in daily observation and teacher P dimension is not consistent, high P scores in the observation of students were better than everyday flight performance, further empirical research need to be explored.
