睾丸原发性弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤1例报道并文献复习 被引量：3

摘要 原发性睾丸淋巴瘤（primary testicular lymphoma,PTL）是临床上罕见的睾丸肿瘤,我院近期收住1例PTL患者,资料详实,现报道如下。1病例介绍患者,男,54岁,因“左侧睾丸肿大1月余”在县级医院就诊,当地医院阴囊彩超示左侧睾丸囊肿,考虑睾丸附睾炎,给予头孢西丁钠和奥硝唑（具体剂量不详）静脉滴注治疗2周,患者睾丸肿大未见明显好转,遂转入我院治疗。入院后查体：生命体征平稳.
