中医综合护理健康教育对妊娠糖尿病患者疗效的影响

The Effect of Health Education for Patients with Gestational Diabetes with Integrated TCM Nursing

目的探讨中医综合护理健康教育模式对妊娠糖尿病患者疗效及妊娠结局的影响。方法选择三甲医院妊娠糖尿病患者80例,采用随机数字表分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用常规健康教育进行管理,观察组在此基础上采用中医综合护理健康教育对患者进行管理。比较2组干预12 w后的血糖、糖化血红蛋白及妊娠结局。结果观察组较对照组血糖及糖化血红蛋白下降(P <0. 01),羊水过多、胎儿窘迫等妊娠结局低于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论中医综合护理健康教育模式可有效控制患者血糖,改善妊娠结局。

Objective To investigate the effect and pregnancy outcome of health education for patients with gestational diabetes by carrying Integrated TCM Nursing. Methods 80 patients with gestational diabetes in a top three hospital were selected and randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group with the table of random number. The control group was managed by routine health management education,and the intervention group adopted integrated TCM nursing health education on this basis. Blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin and pregnancy outcome were compared between the two groups after 4 weeks of intervention and 1 week after postpartum. Results The blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the intervention group decreased significantly than the control group（ P〈0. 01）; The pregnancy outcomes such as hydramnios and fetal distress in the intervention group are better than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The model of health education with integrated TCM nursing can effectively control the blood sugar and improve the pregnancy outcome of gestational diabetes.
