2005-2015年南昌市艾滋病职业暴露分析

Analysis of occupational exposure to AIDS in Nanchang from 2005 to 2015

目的了解人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)职业和意外伤害暴露及暴露后预防的现状,分析暴露后预防的影响因素,防制职业及意外伤害感染HIV。方法给予暴露人员咨询服务,进行暴露等级评估,根据评估结果选择预防性用药,随访中进行咨询与艾滋病病毒检测。结果 2005-2015年艾滋病(AIDS)职业暴露的人员构成主要是医务工作者,占68.00%;主要以针刺伤为主,共88例,占70.40%;暴露源中,艾滋病感染者(HIV(+))50例,占40.00%,AIDS 37例,占29.60%。结论根据暴露评估进行预防性服药很好的阻断了HIV感染;随着艾滋病疫情的蔓延,普遍性防护原则值得推广。

Objective To understand the present status of the occupational and accidental injury exposure to Human immunodeficiency virus（HIV）, as well as the following prevention; analyze the influencing factors for post-exposure prophylaxis; prevent HIV infection through occupational and accidental injury exposure. Methods Provide consultation to the personnel that receive exposure, evaluate exposure grade and choose prevention medication according exposure grade. Consultation and HIV antibody test were conducted in the follow-up survey. Results From 2005 to 2015, 68% of occupational HIV exposure involved medical personnel, 70.40%（88 cases） of that were needle puncture wound. Among all the exposure sources, 20.59% were AIDS patients, 40% were HIV positive patients. Conclusion Medication according to assessment of exposure rate had cut off HIV infection; with spread of the AIDS epidemic in China, the universal protection principle is worth promoting.
