1例银行储蓄柜员确诊职业性电光性眼炎病例报道

A case report of a bank teller diagnosed with occupational electro-optic ophthalmitis

目的分析银行储蓄柜员发生职业性电光性眼炎的原因,为预防职业病的提供科学依据。方法收集患者临床资料,对患者进行职业卫生学调查。结果患者因工作中使用票据鉴别仪,接触紫外线光,被确诊为职业性电光性眼炎。结论患者在工作时直接接触大量紫外线是导致其发病原因,应加强个人防护和作业环境检测,保护从业人员健康。

Objective To analyze the causes of occupational electro-optic ophthalmitis in bank teller. Methods The clinical data of the patient were collected and the occupational hygiene investigation of the patient was conducted. Results The patient was diagnosed with occupational electro-optic ophthalmitis due to his exposure to ultraviolet light of bill identifier. Conclusion Direct exposure to a large amount of ultraviolet rays is the cause of the electro-optic ophthalmitis in this case.
