郁金提取物亚慢性毒性实验研究

摘要 目的研究郁金提取物的亚慢性毒性。方法 SD大鼠按体重随机分成4组,即对照组和低、中、高3个受试物剂量组,每组20只,雌雄各半。低、中、高剂量组动物分别灌胃给予0.625 mL/kg·bw、1.250 mL/kg·bw、1.875 mL/kg·bw郁金提取物90 d,对照组动物给予蒸馏水。动物单笼喂养,自由饮食,观察动物体重、食物利用率、血液、生化、脏器系数和组织病理学指标的结果。结果受试物各剂量组动物体重、食物利用率、血液学指标、生化指标、各脏器脏体比和对照组比较,差异均无生物学意义,病理指标也未显示由受试物引起的异常改变。结论郁金提取物90 d喂养对SD大鼠未产生明显的毒性作用,郁金提取物的未观察到有害作用剂量(NOAEL)为1.875 mL/kg·bw。 Objective To study the sub-chronic toxicity of Curcuma aromatica Salisb extract. Methods SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups according to the body weight, incuding one control group and three dose groups of low, medium and high doses. Each group had 20 rats, half male and half female rats. Rats in three dose groups were intragastrically administered with 0.625 mL/kg·bw, 1.250 mL/kg·bw, 1.875 mL/kg·bw of Curcuma aromatica Salisb extract for 90 days, respectively. The control group were intragastrically administered with distilled water. Rats were fed in a single cage, free for diet. The body weight, food utilization, blood and biochemistry parameters, organ coefficient and histopathological parameters were measured. Results Compared with control group, the body weight, food utilization rate, hematological indices, serum biochemical index, the organ coefficient of rats in dose groups showed no biological significant difference. and no abnormal changes were observed in main tissues of rats. Conclusion There was no obvious toxic effect of the extract on SD rats by 90 d feeding test. The NOAEL of Curcuma aromatica Salisb extract is 1.875 mL/kg·bw.
