摘要
红外吸收涂层具有优异的红外吸收能力和抗热震性能而广泛应用于红外探测领域。对铜基红外吸收涂层的制备关键工艺进行了研究,重点介绍红外吸收基料制备工艺和涂层制备工艺,同时对铜基红外吸收涂层的红外辐射性能、微观形貌(SEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)图进行了分析。结果表明:红外吸收基料的配方为45gSiC、20g石墨粉、35gFe2O3,采用N2气氛保护、烧结温度为分段式升温时,基料的透过率低,吸收率高;铜基红外吸收涂层表面存在结晶体,无裂纹,涂层中产生了Fe3Si、SiO2等新物相,新物相的产生提高了涂层的红外辐射性能。
Infrared absorbing coating is widely used in infrared detection for its excellent infrared absorption and thermal shock resistance.The key technologies for the preparation of copper-based infrared absorbing coatings were studied.The preparation process of infrared absorption base materials and coating was introduced.At the same time,the infrared radiation properties,microscopic morphology(SEM)and X-ray diffraction(XRD)pattern of the copper-based infrared absorbing coatings were analyzed.The results show that the formula of infrared absorption base material is 45 g Si C,20 g graphite powder,35 g Fe2O3;when the sintering temperature is segmented,the base material has low transmittance and high absorption rate with N2atmosphere protection.The surface of the copper-based infrared absorbing coating has crystals and no cracks.New phases such as Fe3Si and Si O2appear in the coating.The appearance of new phases enhances the infrared radiation properties of the coating.
