摘要
采用OM、室温拉伸试验、杯突试验等方法,研究了不同温度和时间的退火工艺对冷轧5183铝合金组织和力学性能的影响。研究表明,在退火温度300-450℃范围内,随着退火温度的升高,5183铝合金组织中晶粒逐渐变大。300、350℃时晶粒平均尺寸较小,分别为12μm和13.5μm。当退火温度350℃时,试样综合性能最佳。退火时间在0.5-8.0 h范围内,随着退火时间的延长,5183铝合金组织中晶粒尺寸无明显变化,力学性能基本不变,退火时间对5183铝合金组织与力学性能没有明显影响。因此,5183铝合金冷轧板的最佳退火工艺为350℃×(1-2)h。
The effects of annealing process at different temperature and time on the microstructure and mechanical properties of cold rolled 5183 aluminum alloy were studied by means of OM, room temperature tensile test and cup burst test.The research shows that, in the annealing temperature of 300-450 ℃, the grain size of the aluminum alloy increases with the increase of annealing temperature. The average grain sizes at 300℃and 350 ℃are smaller, which are 12 μm and 13.5 μm,respectively. When the annealing temperature is 350 ℃, the comprehensive properties of the sample are the best. When the annealing time is within the range of 0.5-8.0 h, with the increase of annealing time, the grain size in 5183 aluminum alloy microstructure has no obvious change, and the mechanical properties are basically unchanged. Annealing time has no obvious effect on the microstructure and mechanical properties of 5183 aluminum alloy. Therefore, the optimum annealing process for cold rolled aluminum alloy sheet is 350 ℃×(1-2) h.
