摘要
借助于光学显微镜、扫描电镜和透射电镜手段,研究了预退火对一种工业用3系列铝合金组织和性能的影响,并在工业退火中得到应用。结果表明:275-300℃为此3系列铝合金析出相的析出温度,在此温度区间内预退火,弥散的析出相优先发生于位错和亚晶界等缺陷处。工业退火中采取快速通过此析出温度的退火工艺,使再结晶发生于析出之前,可改善组织,提高伸长率。
Effects of pre-annealing process on the recrystallization microstructure and properties of an industrial 3-series aluminum alloy were investigated by means of optical microscope, SEM and TEM. The results indicate that, when pre-annealing at 275-300 ℃, precipitation occurs preferentially at dislocations and subboundaries, thus inhibiting recrystallization nucleation, and resulting in coarse grains and deteriorative properties eventually. By adopting the improved industrial annealing process of rushing through the precipitation temperature zone, recrystallization is prior to precipitation, and fine grains with increased elongations are obtained.
