ZL208合金的热处理工艺研究

摘要 研究了淬火温度和淬火介质对ZL208合金的的组织与力学性能的影响。结果表明:在不同固溶温度保温6 h后在20℃的自来水中淬火再在200℃×10 h时效,随着淬火温度的升高,ZL208合金的力学性能先升高后降低,在535℃淬火时具有最大值。当ZL208合金在535℃淬火,采用聚氧化乙烯水溶液作为冷却介质时,随浓度从0%增加到0.8%,其力学性能和畸变量下降,浓度为0.25%时具有最佳的综合力学性能,此时ZL208合金淬火后的显微组织是α固溶体上弥散分布的第二相和共晶化合物。 The effects of quenching temperature and quenching medium on microstructure and mechanical properties of ZL208 alloy were studied. The results show that at different solid solution temperatures for 6 h then quenching in running water at 20 ℃ and then aging of 200 ℃×10 h, with the increase of quenching temperature, the mechanical properties of ZL208 alloy increase firstly and then decrease, and the maximum value is obtained quenching at 535 ℃. When the ZL208 alloy is quenched at 535 ℃, using the aqueous solution of polyethylene oxide as the cooling medium, with the concentration increasing from 0% to 0.8%, the mechanical properties and distortion decrease. When the concentration is 0.25%, it has the best comprehensive mechanical properties. Under this condition, the microstructure of ZL208 alloy after quenching is the second phase and eutectic compound dispersed on the α solid solution.
