摘要
某电厂600MW超临界机组屏式过热器爆管事故发生后,对其宏观特征、化学成分、金相组织和力学性能等方面进行了实验分析。根据实验结果,结合受热面结构特点及现场勘察情况,推测本次爆管失效原因是由于异物堵塞引起的短时过热。同时,针对爆管的堵塞提出了锅炉在制造、安装、运行、检修各阶段的防治措施。
After the appearance of the tube bursting accident of the platen superheater of 600 MW supercritical unit of a power plant, the experimental analysis for macroscopic characteristics, chemical composition, metallographic structure and mechanical properties, etc were carried out. According to the experimental results, combining with the structure characteristics of heating surface and the field survey situation, it is speculated that the failure of tube bursting is due to the short-term overheating caused by the foreign matter blockage. At the same time, aiming at the blockage of the tube bursting, the prevention and control measures of the boiler in the process of manufacturing, installation, operation and overhaul are put forward.
