发达国家的实践经验表明:基础强,质量强;质量强,国家强。本文通过分析发达国家的质量技术基础建设呈现的一些趋势性变化,对比近十年以来我国在推动国家质量技术基础的发展方面出台的政策措施,分析由此带来的机遇与挑战。

The experience of developed countries has proved that the foundation is strong,the quality is strong,the quality is strong,and the state is strong. This paper analyzes some trends of quality technology infrastructure in developed countries,compares the policies and measures that China has adopted to promote the development of national quality technology infrastructure in the past decade,and analyzes the opportunities and challenges that have arisen from these changes.
