在各种湿度检测中,数字温湿度计因易携带、读数方便等特点,被广泛应用到各种检测场所。其测量所得的数据依赖于仪器设备本身的计量性能,数据结果的可靠性需要通过对其不确定度的评定来表征。本文介绍了在建桥、修路、环保等实验室使用的数字温湿度计的相对湿度校准结果的不确定度评定分析。

In various humidity tests,the digital thermo-hygrometers are widely used in various testing places because of its taking out convenience and easy reading. The data obtained from the measurement of humidity depends on the performance of the instrument itself. Its reliability of the results of the measured data needs to be characterized by the evaluation of its uncertainty. This article introduces the evaluation and analysis of uncertainty of the calibration results of digital thermo-hygrometers which used in the laboratories of bridge construction,road repair and environmental protection and so on.
