摘要
通过对15MnVNR氧气球罐延迟裂纹问题的研究,并对15MnVNR氧气球罐安全状况进行评价,发现氧气球罐的少量超标缺陷是可以通过焊接修理的方法进行处理,并对氧气球罐的更新计划提出建议。
The delayed cracking problem of 15MnVNR oxygen spherical tank was studied and the safety condition of 15MnVNR oxygen spherical tank was evaluated. It is found that the oxygen spherical tank of the small amount of defects can be repaired by welding,and put forward suggestions for the renewal plan of the oxygen spherical tank.
