摘要
平衡系数作为电梯的一项综合性能指标,直接影响电梯的运行安全和节能。因此,电梯平衡系数的重要性也越来越受到重视。目前,平衡系数的检测以绘制电流-负荷曲线的交点来确定。但是,在现场绘制电流-负荷曲线并确定平衡系数时存在实际困难。因此,本文提出了一种以便携式智能移动终端为平台的现场电流-负荷曲线绘制以及平衡系数的现场确定方法,该方法采用数值分析中三次样条曲线的插值算法,并利用了Matlab强大的云计算功能和服务,最终在现场实现了电流-负荷曲线以及平衡系数的确定。
As a comprehensive performance index of elevator,the balance coefficient affects the safety and energy saving of the elevator directly. Therefore,the balance coefficient of elevator is getting more and more important. At present,the detection of balance coefficient is used to get the intersection point of current-load curves. On the spot,it is difficult to draw the current-load curves and determine the balance coefficient. Therefore,this article presents a method of drawing the current-load curves and determining the balance coefficient,which adopts the interpolation algorithm of cubic spline curves in numerical analysis based on portable intelligent mobile terminal,using the function and service of Matlab cloud computing. Finally,it is convenient and fast to draw the current-load curves and determine the balance coefficient on the spot.
