质检科技成果转化中存在的问题与对策研究

Problems and countermeasures of technology achievement transformation in quality supervision,inspection and quarantine

本文从科技成果转化的概念分析入手,结合当下质检科技成果转化率较低的现状,通过具体的成果转化案例,分析了原质检系统在落实相关成果转化激励等各项政策时的困境和存在的问题,提出了相应的对策建议。

Proceeding from the conceptual analysis of the transformation of science and technology achievement,combining with the current low transformation rate,the existing problems for the predicament of various technology institutions implementing transformation incentives and other policies under the former quality supervision,inspection and quarantine framework are analyzed based on the cases. The relevant solving measures and recommendations are put forward as well.
