砂卵石地层有限空间内的干成孔技术

DRY HOLE FORMING TECHNIQUE WITHIN LIMITED SPACE ON SAND GRAVEL STRATUM

北京地铁16号线富丰桥站穿越正在运行的城市立交桥,为保证立交桥基础安全稳定,需对立交桥基础采取保护措施。在砂卵石地层中采用干成孔作业、全护筒配合压管机械成孔、分段安装钢筋笼等措施,保证了隔离桩在立交桥下顺利施工。

Fufengqiao station of Beijing subway line 16 passes through under an urban overpass, so, protection measures shall be adopted to guarantee safety and stability of the overpass base. Dry hole forming, mechanical hole forming by using full casing and pressure pipe and segment installation of steel cage were adopted for construction on sand gravel stratum to guarantee smooth isolation pile construction under overpass.
