STUDY ON MINING METHOD FOR MECHANICAL TUNNEL EXCAVATION AND ENGINEERING APPLICATION

摘要 研究矿山法隧道机械化施工方法工艺过程,包括小导管打设、土方开挖、拱架架立等工序全部采用机械化施工。该方法能实现安全、高效、环保施工,并降低了劳动强度,日均进尺速度为人工的1.5~2倍,且安全可靠,作业环境优良,适应地层广泛,已在北京地铁16号线工程中成功应用。 This paper made a study on the mechanical tunnel excavation process of mining method, including small pilot pipe setting, earth excavation and arch truss erection, etc.. Average daily driving speed is 1.5-2 times artificial construction. This method is safe and reliable, and has favorable construction environment. It is applicable to different strata, and could realize safe, effective and environmentally-friendly construction and reduce work intensity. It has been successfully used in construction of Beiiing subwav line16.
