电影产业的“法国制造”与“法式消费”

"Made in France" and "French Consumption" in the Film Industry

摘要 在好莱坞电影风靡全球的浪潮中,“法国制造”为何屹立不倒?在电影市场同质化的时代,“法式消费”何以异彩纷呈?法国电影产业的发展之路值得我们思考和借鉴。本文以《法国电影中心201 7年度报告》为数据支持,试图勾勒出法国电影产业在制作、发行和院线等环节的现实图景,凸显电影产业“法国制造”与“法式消费”的特点并探讨其成功的深层原因。我们认为,鼓励创作和文化多样性表达、保护和传播电影遗产、开展电影艺术教育、促进电影艺术民主化的国家电影资助政策功不可没。 Why do movies made in France remain popular when Hollywood movies are prevailing all over the world? In the era of the film market's homogenization, how can French consumption be so diverse and dynamic? The development of French film industry offers food for thought. Based on the data of Results 2017 of CNC, this paper tends to work out the real framework of the production, distribution and exhibition of French film industry, display the characteristics of "made in France" and "French consumption", explore the underlying causes of the success. It finds that the national film funding policy is an indispensable contributor to the success as it encourages production and cultural diversity, protects and disseminates the film heritage,conduct film art education, and promote the democratization of film art.
