GnRHa对轻型子宫内膜异位症患者术后激素水平的影响

Influence of GnRHa on Postoperative Hormone Levels of Patients with Mild Endometriosi

目的探讨GnRHa与孕三烯酮对轻型子宫内膜异位症患者腹腔镜术后相关激素水平及复发情况的影响。方法选择2013年1月至2015年12月来河北北方学院附属第一医院就诊的120例轻型子宫内膜异位症患者为考察对象,随机将其分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。腹腔镜术后,观察组给予醋酸亮丙瑞林微球(GnRHa类药物)治疗,对照组给予孕三烯酮治疗。检测两组患者腹腔镜术后雌二醇、孕酮、卵泡刺激素及黄体生成素水平及术后复发情况。结果治疗前两组患者相关激素水平均无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后两组患者卵泡刺激素、黄体生成素、孕酮、雌二酮等激素水平均显著下降,且观察组患者激素水平下降程度明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。总有效率观察组明显高于对照组,复发率显著低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜术后给予醋酸亮丙瑞林微球治疗可以有效改善患者雌二醇、孕酮、卵泡刺激素及黄体生成素等相关激素水平,复发率低,疗效显著。

Objective To investigate the effect of GnRHa and gestrinone on related hormone levels of patients with mild endometriosis and on recurrence after laparoscopic operations.Methods One hundred and twenty cases of patients with mild endometriosis treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Hebei North University between January 2013 and December 2015 were selected and randomly divided into the study group and control group with 60 cases in each.After laparoscopic operations,the study group was given leuprorelin acetate microspheres（GnRHa drugs）while the control group was given gestrinone.The related hormone levels（estradiol,progesterone,follicle stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone）and recurrence of the two groups after laparoscopic operations were observed.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in such hormone levels as follicle stimulating hormone,luteinizing hormone,progesterone or estradiol（P〈0.05）between the two groups.After treatment,these levels decreased significantly in both groups,especially in the study group,so the difference was of statistical significance（P〉0.05）.The total effective rate of the study group was obviously higher than that of the control group and the rate of recurrence was obviously lower.Chi-squared test was used respectively and there was statistically significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion After laparoscopic operations,treatment with leuprorelin acetate microspheres（GnRHa drugs）can significantly improve paients＇ related hormone levels.The recurrence rate is low,curative effect is significant,so this approach is worthy of wider application.
