摘要
校园欺凌是一个各界人士日益关注的社会问题。作为校园欺凌事件中最弱势的一方,受欺凌的青少年在生理、心理、社交等方面遭受了严重的伤害。因此迫切需要发展有效的社会工作干预项目来服务该群体。在本研究中,笔者通过对一个园艺治疗小组的参与式观察,并通过对八位在学校遭受欺凌的小组参加者及两位社工的深度访谈,来探讨园艺治疗在受欺凌青少年身心康复工作中的运用。研究发现:园艺治疗小组工作可以协助受欺凌的青少年舒缓身心不适、调节负面情绪、体验自我掌控、增进人际关系、体会生命意义,对受欺凌青少年的身心康复有一定的积极作用;建议未来的实务和研究可以进一步探讨园艺治疗介入受欺凌青少年群体的服务应用。
In recent years, campus bullying has become a matter of public concern. Adolescent victims of campus bullying have been harmed by physical, psychological, social and spiritual aspects. The aim of this paper is to explore the application of horticultural therapy in the practice of psychosomatic rehabilitation group work among campus bullying victims from a social work perspective. In order to collect data, the researchers conducted the non-participant observation of a psychosomatic rehabilitation group which integrated horticultural therapy and interviewed all eight group members and two social workers.There were five positive effects as follows: relieving physical and mental discomfort, regulating negative emotions, experiencing self-control, improving interpersonal relationships and comprehending life meaning. Generally speaking, horticultural therapy group work provides a good intervention channel to promote campus bullying victims' psychosomatic rehabilitation from a biopsychosocial-spiritual perspective. This study suggests that future practice and research can further explore the application of horticultural therapy in the intervention for this group.
