摘要
同伴互助是一种适应高等融合教育需求的学习模式,具有同伴关系平等互利、学习目标清晰明确、学习评价灵活多元的特点。"同伴互助学习"模式包含制定方案、甄选伙伴、互助学习、点评反馈、教学评估五个环节。研究呈现了"同伴互助学习"在"职业生涯教育"课程中的实际应用过程,并在实践基础上总结了"同伴互助学习"的成效,以期能为高等融合教育工作提供借鉴与思考。
Peer mutual assistance is a learning paradigm that adapts to the needs of higher inclusive education. It has the characteristics of equality and mutual benefit of peer relationships, clear and clear learning objectives, and flexible and diverse learning evaluation. The " Peer Mutual Learning" model includes five parts: formulating programs, selecting partners, mutual learning, feedback, and teaching evaluation. Based on this, the application process of "peer mutual learning" in the course of " Career Education" is presented. On the basis of practice, the results of "peer mutual learning" are summarized in order to provide reference and reflection for the teaching of higher inclusive education.
