摘要
为提升培智学校教师的工作热情,降低职业倦怠感,促进其专业发展,采用问卷调查法对培智学校教师心理资本进行调查研究。结果发现,培智学校教师心理资本水平受教龄、专业背景等因素影响,学校支持氛围、职业倦怠能显著预测培智学校教师的心理资本水平。建议积极营造学校支持氛围,降低培智学校教师的职业倦怠,并根据其人口学特征采取相应措施来提升培智学校教师的心理资本水平。
In order to enhance the work engagement of the teachers from mental disability school, reduce their occupation burnout, and promote their professional development, this research used the questionnaire to study the psychological capital of the teachers from mental disability school. The study found that teachers" psychological capital level was influenced by seniority, professional background. School atmosphere and occupation burnout can predict the level of psychological capital. The paper suggested that we should create school supporting atmosphere, reduce teachers ~ occupation burnout and improve the level of the teachers" psychological capital according to the demographic characteristics.
