摘要
通过对各类消声器典型样品的检测对比,证明了不同类型消声器的性能差异很大,同类型消声器如果结构形式不同性能差异也很大。提出了工程设计中要根据消声器的实际消声量和阻力损失来选择消声器的建议,并指出了消声器进场前的抽样检验是防止工程出现噪声过大问题的必要手段。
Tests and compares typical samples of various kinds of mufflers, obtains that there is a great performance difference for different types of mufflers, and also the different structure of the same type of mufflers greatly affects the performance. Proposes a suggestion that selecting muffler should be based on the actual sound deadening capacity and air resistance loss in engineering design, and points out that sampling inspection of mufflers before operation is the necessary approach to prevent excessive noise problems in practical engineering project.
