摘要
针对2016年组网成功并正式服役的IRNSS卫星导航系统的服务性能评估问题,该文采用STK软件基于ICD文件提供的导航卫星轨道参数模拟了IRNSS系统的服务区域及相关导航性能,并且利用MGEX网的实测数据对IRNSS系统在澳洲境内的服务性能进行了评估分析。分析结果表明:IRNSS系统可以向其主要服务区内用户提供基本的独立导航定位服务;可向澳洲西北部地区用户提供平面方向精度32m以内、高程方向精度41m以内的定位服务;当与其他导航系统联合使用时,IRNSS系统增加了用户的可用卫星数量,有效提升了GNSS系统的定位精度。本文较好地克服了当前IRNSS测站少的困难,初步实现了对IRNSS系统服务性能的全面评估。
According to the issue that how to assess the service performance of IRNSS fully deployed in 2016,in this paper we carried out analyses of service area and navigation performance for IRNSS based on STK simulation software with orbital parameters provided by ICD document and assessment of service performance of IRNSS in Australia by using observation data from MGEX stations.The results show that：IRNSS can provide users in primary service region with basic navigation and positioning services;it can also provide users in northwest Australia with navigation and positioning services of accuracy within 32 m and 41 min horizontal and vertical directions respectively;IRNSS will increase the number of available satellites and improve the positioning accuracy effectively while using with other GNSS systems.The method presented in this paper overcame the difficulty to obtain IRNSS observation data and achieved apreliminary performance analysis of IRNSS.
