延续性护理对子宫颈癌患者疗效良好

Continuous Nursing Has Favorable Curative Effect on Cervical Cancer Patients

为了分析延续性护理对子宫颈癌患者负性情绪、功能性体适能及患者满意度的影响，本研究选取2014年8月至2016年5月本院收治的宫颈癌术后患者106例，根据随机数字法分为对照组和观察组。对照组患者采用常规出院宣教，观察组在对照组的基础上进行延续性护理，并对两组患者出院后的生活质量、负性情绪、功能健身及满意度进行分析。本研究发现，干预前，两组患者心肺功能、下肢肌肉力量、下肢柔软素质、身体平衡功能评分、SAS评分、SF-36评分无统计学差异（p〉0．05）。干预后，观察组患者心肺功能、下肢肌肉力量、下肢柔软素质、身体平衡功能评分、SAS评分、SF-36评分、膀胱功能、满意度情况均优于对照组，性交疼痛、性交不舒适率均低于对照组（p〈0．05）。研究表明，延续性护理应用于子宫颈癌术后可有效缓解患者负性情绪，改善患者性交舒适度，提升病人功能性体适能，提高患者生活质量和满意度。

To analyse continuous nursing of cervical cancer patients with negative emotions, functional fitness effect and patient satisfaction, in this study, 106 cases were selected from August 2014 to May 2016 in our hospital after cervical cancer surgery, according to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and observation group. The control group was treated with conventional propaganda and education, the observation group of nursing continuation in the control group based on the analysis of two patients discharged from the patients＇ quality of life, negative emotion, functional fitness and satisfaction. The study found that before the intervention, two groups of cardio-pulmonary function of patients with lower extremity muscle strength of lower limbs, soft quality, body balance function score, SAS score, SF-36 score had no significant difference （p〉0.05）. After the intervention, the observation group patients＇ cardiopulmonary function, lower limb muscle strength of lower limbs, soft quality, body balance function score, SAS score, SF-36 score, bladder function, satisfaction were better than the control group, pain during intercourse, sexual discomfort rate were lower than the control group （p 〈0.05）. These results indicated that continuous nursing could effectively relieve the negative emotion of patients, sexual intercourse comfort, improve the functional fitness of patients, and the quality of life and satisfaction of patients after the operation of cervical cancer.
