抗生素铝塑瓶盖启封后消毒操作对瓶塞细菌数量的影响

The Effect of Sterilization Operation on the Number of Bacteria in the Bottle Cap after the Opening of Antibiotic Aluminum Plastic Bottle Cap

为了比较抗生素铝塑瓶盖开启后消毒操作对瓶塞细菌数量的影响，本研究选取科室正常使用且为国药准字的抗生素粉针剂300瓶，使用计算机产生随机数字将研究对象随机分为两组（实验组和对照组各150例），在无菌操作原则下开启铝塑瓶盖后，对照组使用常规消毒操作后取样，实验组直接取样，将两组所取标本按照编号顺序一一接种于无菌营养琼脂平板培养基内，48h后记录实验组和对照组的细菌菌落阳性和阴性的数量。结果显示：实验组未出现细菌阳性事件，对照组出现1例细菌阳性事件。基于本研究数据分析，铝塑盖无菌抗生素粉针剂只要包装完好，用手打开铝塑盖的过程中严格按照操作规范操作，瓶塞表面是无菌的，建议可以取消开启抗生素铝塑瓶盖后的消毒步骤。

In order to compare the effect of sterilizing operation on the number of bacteria in the bottle stopper after the opening of the antibiotic aluminum plastic bottle cap, 300 bottles of antibiotic powder, which was used normally in the department and qualified by ＂Chinese Medicime＂ were selected in this study, and randomly divided the study objects into two groups （the experiment group and the control group, 150 cases each） with the computer, and opened it under the principle of aseptic operation. The control group was sampled by the routine disinfection operation, and the experimental group was sampled directly. The two groups of samples were inoculated in the aseptic nutrient agar plate medium according to the number sequence. After 48 h, the positive and negative numbers of bacterial colonies were recorded in the experiment group and the control group. The results showed that there were no bacterial positive cases in the experimental group, and 1 bacterial positive case occurred in the control group. Based on the analysis of the data, as long as the sterile antibiotic powder injection with aluminum plastic cap is well packaged, and it is strictly operated according to the operation standard during the process of opening the aluminum plastic cap by hand. The surface of the bottle stopper is sterile. It is suggested that the disinfection step after opening the aluminum plastic bottle cap for antibiotics could be cancelled.
