摘要 GIS内部的局部放电脉冲前沿一般在1 ns以内,文中研究脉冲前沿在1 ns以内的快前沿脉冲发生电路,可以在实验中模拟局部放电信号,用于需要局部放电信号的实验中。文中利用晶体三极管的雪崩效应,三极管的雪崩工作时产生的脉冲信号幅值较高,前沿时间较短,可以达到前沿在1 ns之内的要求。选择BFP450型雪崩三极管,制作电路板测量脉冲信号,可以得到特高频脉冲电压信号,可以通过特高频天线进行传输。通过文中设计的脉冲产生电路,可以得到幅值4 V左右,重复频率20 kHz以内,前沿时间1 ns以内的快前沿脉冲信号。 The front time of the partial discharge pulse within the GIS is generally within 1 ns. This article studies the fast front pulse generation circuit with the pulse front within 1 ns. It can simulate the partial discharge signal and it is used in experiments that require partial discharge signals. This article uses the avalanche effect of the transistor. The amplitude of the pulse signal generated during the avalanche operation of the transistor is high, and the leading edge time is short, and the requirements of the leading edge within 1 ns can he achieved. Select BFP450 type avalanche triode, make the circuit board to measure the pulse signal, can get the UHF pulse voltage signal, and carry on the transmis- sion through the UHF aerial. Through the pulse generation circuit designed in this paper, the fast front pulse signal with the amplitude of about 4 V, the repetition frequency of 20 kHz and the front edge time of 1 ns can be obtained.
