摘要 借助超声波和分解气体等局部放电的带电检测手段,可以实现电气设备的故障诊断和状态评价。为探究同一间隔两台断路器相继出现异响缺陷的原因,文中利用电气试验、带电检测和设备拆解的方法,对比了异响相和该间隔正常运行相之间的差异;借助能谱检测手段测试了异响断路器弧触头和喷口所附着固体分解产物的元素成分。综合各项诊断试验的结果,判定安装或运输不当是造成断路器灭弧室悬浮电位缺陷的原因。基于缺陷成因,明确了柱式断路器局部放电超声波带电检测和固体分解产物元素能谱分析等方法的可行性,并提出了相关建议。 The fault diagnosis and state evaluation of electrical equipments can be realized by means of partial dis charge detection, such as acoustic emission and decomposing gas. In order to look out the cause of the abnormal noise defects of two circuit breakers which happened in succession at the same interval, electrical testing, live detection and disassembly methods are used. Then, the elemental composition of solid decomposition products attach to arc static contact and quenching nozzle of the abnormal noise circuit breakers, are measured by means of energy spec trum detection. Based on the diagnostic tests, the reason is found, which is: improper installation or transportation is the source of suspension potential defect in the arc extinguishing room of this two circuit breakers. Otherwise, accord ing to the phenomena of the analysis process, the feasibility of methods, for instance of acoustic emission live detec tion of partial discharge in column circuit breakers and energy spectrum detection of solid decomposition products, are verified and suggested.
