基于ROTDR的变压器绕组温度测量方法研究

Method for Measuring Transformer Winding Temperature Based on ROTDR

为实现油浸式电力变压器绕组运行温度的分布式测量,及早发现绕组异常温升等问题,文中提出了一种基于Raman光时域反射计(ROTDR)的变压器绕组温度测量方法。该方法通过在变压器绕组中预埋分布式光纤,并依据拉曼散射原理来直接测量绕组温度。设计并研制了敷设分布式光纤的电磁线和绕组模型,并根据测量要求对电磁线结构和绕组绕制工艺进行了改进,利用分布式光纤测温系统对敷设分布式光纤的电磁线温度传感性能和绕组模型进行了试验。试验结果表明:基于该方法的温度测量误差≤2℃,满足变压器绕组温度测量的要求,且该方法还可以对绕组温升位置进行定位。

To realize the distributed measurement of operating temperature of the oilimmersed power transformer winding and find abnormal temperature rise of the winding as soon as possible, a temperature measurement method of transformer winding based on Raman optical timedomain reflectometer（ROTDR）is proposed. In this method, the dis tributed optical fiber is preburied in the transformer winding and the temperature of the winding is measured directly according to the principle of Raman scattering. An electromagnetic wire and winding model with distributed optical fi ber is designed, and the electromagnetic wire structure and winding process are improved according to the measure ment requirements. The distributed optical fiber temperature measurement system is employed to test the tempera ture sensing performance of the electromagnetic wire with distributed optical fiber and the winding model. The re sults show that the temperature measurement error is less than or equal to 2 ℃, meeting the precision of temperature measurement of transformer winding, and this method can also be used to locate winding temperature rise.
