重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子对青光眼滤过术后干眼症患者眼表功能的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的分析青光眼滤过术后干眼症患者应用重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子治疗后效果。方法采用随机数字表法将我院109例青光眼滤过术后干眼症患者分组,对照组54例给予玻璃酸钠治疗,观察组55例联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子治疗,对比两组患者临床疗效及眼表功能改善情况。结果观察组总有效率94.55%高于对照组79.63%,泪膜破裂时间及泪液分泌实验均高于对照组,OSS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子滴眼液,能够促进青光眼滤过术后干眼症患者角膜再生及修复,显著改善眼表功能。 Objetive To analyze the effect of reconabinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor (gblf) on dry eye patients after glaucoma filtering surgery. Methods a randomized digital table was used to group 109 patients with dry eye disease after glaucoma filtering surgery in our hospital. 54 cases in the control group were treated with sodium hyaluronate, and 55 cases of the observation group were combined with recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor (GFRF), and the clinical efficacy and ocular surface function improvement of the two groups were compared. Results the total effective rate of the observation group was 94.55% higher than that of the control group (79.63%), the tear film rupture time and the tear secretion experiment were higher than the control group, and the OSS score was lower than that of the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor eye drops can promote corneal regeneration and repair in patients with dry eye after glaucoma filtering surgery, and improve ocular surface function.
