显微镜直视下外路视网膜脱离手术疗效观察

The clinical effect of external microsurgical approach for retinal detachment

目的探讨显微镜直视下外路视网膜脱离手术的临床疗效。方法孔源性视网膜脱离患者例(眼),在显14 14微镜直视下行外路巩膜外垫压视网膜复位术,观察术后患者视力及视网膜复位情况。结果术后所有患者视网膜均复位(%),视力提高14眼(100%),矫正视力<0.3者6眼(42.9%),≥0.3者8眼(57.1%),视网膜下液延缓吸收眼100 2(.3%)。随访1-6个月,未发生复发。结论显微镜直视下外路视网膜脱离手术具有手术视野清晰,操作简便,手术效14果好等优点,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effet of external microsurgical approach for retinal detachment. Methods 14 cases （ 14 eyes ） were treated with scleral buckle through external microsurgical approach for rhegmatogenous retinal detachment and the patients＇ visual acuity, and retinal reattachment were observed after operation. Results The retina of all patients were reattached （100%） and visual acuity was improved （100%） after surgery . There were 6 cases （42.9%） whose corrected vision were less 0.3 and 8 cases （57.1%） whose corrected vision were equal or greater than 0.3; There were 2 cases （ 14.3 % ） subretinal liquid absorption delayed. Followed up 1 to 6 months, there were no recurrence Conclusion External microsurgical approach for retinal detachment has the advantages of clear operation visual field, convenient operation and the surgical effect is good, it is worth promoting.
