猪伪狂犬病活疫苗(Bartha-K61株)免疫产生期和免疫持续期的研究

The onset time and maintenance phase of immunity protection by the Swine pseudorabies live vaccine(Bartha-K61 strain)

为评价猪伪狂犬病活疫苗（Bartha-K61株,传代细胞源）的免疫保护效力,本研究对3批疫苗分别进行免疫产生期试验和免疫持续期试验。免疫产生期试验中将3批疫苗以单剂量免疫仔猪,在免疫后2、3、4、5、6 d连同对照组分别攻击伪狂犬病强毒,结果表明猪伪狂犬病活疫苗免后5 d即可产生坚强的免疫保护力。免疫持续期试验中将3批疫苗以单剂量免疫母猪,免疫后12、14个月连同对照猪分别攻击伪狂犬病强毒,结果显示免疫母猪及其所产仔猪均健康存活,表明猪伪狂犬病活疫苗（Bartha-K61株）的免疫持续期可长达14个月。

In order to evaluate the effectiveness of the immune protection of the swine pseudorabies live vaccine （the Bartha-K61 strain, the cell line origin）, three batches of vaccines were subjected to the test on the onset time and the maintenance phase of immunity protection. At the onset of the immunity protection test, three batches of vaccines were used to immunize piglet with a single dose. On the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th days after the immunization, the piglets （including the control group） were challenged with a virulent Pseudorabies Virus. The results showed that the swine pseudorabies live vaccine （the Bartha-K61 strain, the cell line origin） generated a strong immune re- sponse against the virus 5 day after immunization. In the immunization duration test, three batches of vaccines were used to immunize sows at a single dose. After 12 months and 14 months of immunization, together with the control group, the pigs were challenged with the Pseudora- bies virulent virus. The results showed that the immunized sows and their piglets lived healthily. It could be inferred here that the maintenance phase of immunity protection of the swine pseudorabies live vaccine （the Bartha-K61 strain, the cell line origin） was 14 months long.
