摘要
目的评估噻托溴铵联合中医定向透化治疗慢性阻塞性肺病急性加重期患者的治疗价值。方法选取安远县人民医院及江西省胸科医院慢性阻塞性肺病急性加重期患者60例,随机均分为两组,对照组采用常规抗感染+吸入噻托溴铵治疗,透药组在对照组基础上加用中医定向透化治疗。结果治疗2周后,对照组中PO_2、PCO_2较治疗前有统计学意义,但FEV1/FVC及6MWT无统计学意义;透药组中PO_2、PCO_2、FEV1/FVC、6MWT较治疗前均有明显改善(P≤0.05),其中PCO_2、6MWT较对照组同期对比有统计学意义(P≤0.05)。两组患者治疗后对照组及治疗组总有效率分别为83.3%、93.3%。结论噻托溴铵联合中医定向透化治疗慢性阻塞性肺病急性加重患者有较好的疗效。
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic value of tiotropium combined with TCM-directed permeabilization in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods Sixty patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in Anyuan County People's Hospital and Jiangxi Provincial Chest Hospital were randomly divided into two groups (30 each). The control group was treated with conventional anti-infective + inhaled tiotropium. The permeation group was treated with TCM-directed permeabilization on the basis of the control group. Results After 2 weeks of treatment,PO2 and PCO2 in the control group were statistically significant compared with those before treatment, but FEVI/FVC and 6MWT were not statistically significant. In the permeation group,PO2,PCO2, FEVI/FVC and 6MWT in the drug-permeable group were significantly improved compared with before treatment. PCO2 and 6MWT were statistically significant compared with the control group. The total effective rate of the control group and the treatment group after treatment was 83.3% and 93.3% ,respectively. Conclusion Tiotropium bromide combined with traditional Chinese medicine perfusion therapy has a good effect on patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
