APPL1在肺癌组织中的的表达及其与EGFR的关系

The expression of APPL1 in lung cancer and its relationship with EGFR

目的研究APPL1(Adaptor protein containing PH domain,PTB domain and leucine zipper motif 1)在肺癌组织中的表达及意义,以及其和EGFR(epidermal growth factor receptor,表皮生长因子受体)的关系。方法采用Envision免疫组化法,测定APPLl在50例肺癌组织及50例癌旁正常组织的表达,同时测定EGFR在肺癌组织中的表达。结果⑴APPLl蛋白在肺癌组和癌旁正常组织中的阳性表达率分别是70%(35/50)和16%(8/50),APPLl蛋白在两组间的表达差异具有统计学意义(P=0.000(<0.001))。⑵APPLl蛋白表达与肺癌临床病理参数的关系:APPLl蛋白的表达阳性率与肺癌的组织学类型、性别、年龄、TNM分期无明显相关性(P>0.05)。⑶APPL1与EGFR在肺癌中的表达有相关性(P<0.05)。结论⑴APPLl在肺癌组织中表达明显高于癌旁正常组织,提示APPL1有可能成为肺癌新的免疫标志物,是潜在的治疗靶点。⑵APPL1在肺癌中的表达与患者的组织学类型等无明显相关性。⑶APPL1与EGFR在肺癌中的阳性率有一致性。

Objective To observe the expressions of APPL1 in lung between the expressions of APPL1 and EGFR in lung cancer. Methods cancer and paraneoplastic,and to explore the correlation Immunohistochemistry （Envision） were used to detected the expression of APPL1 and EGFR in lung cancer （50 cases）,and to detected the expression of APPL1 in paraneoplastic （50 cases）. Results （1）Expression of APPL1 in tumor was significantly higher than in paraneoplastic（P=0.000（〈0.001））. （2）APPL1 expressions in cancer tissues was not related with histological type,the age, gender and clinic stage（P〉0.05）. （3）Expression of APPL1 was correlated with expression of EGFR in lung cancer （P〈0.05）. Conclusion （1）Expression of APPL1 in tumor was significantly higher than in paraneoplastic,promting APPL1 may become a new immune marker of lung cancer,and it is a potential therapeutic target for lung cancer. （2）APPL1 expressions in cancer tissues was not related with histological type. （3）The positive rate of APPL1 and EGFR in lung cancer is consistent.
