可手术的三阴性乳腺浸润性导管癌临床特征及预后分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨可手术的三阴性乳腺浸润性导管癌和非三阴性乳腺浸润性导管癌临床病理特征及预后的差异。方法通过回顾性分析已行乳腺改良根治术及术后辅助治疗的31例三阴性乳腺浸润性导管癌和35例非三阴性乳腺浸润性导管癌患者的临床病理资料及随访结果,探讨两组病例临床特征及预后的差异。结果三阴性乳腺癌(TNBC)和非TNBC患者手术时年龄及术后病理标本肿块大小数值无统计学差异(P>0.05);在T分期、N分期及TNM分期中,TNBC和非TNBC无统计学差异(P>0.05);TNBC患者术后复发转移率高于非TNBC患者(0.05>P>0.01);TNBC患者术后DFS和OS均短于非TNBC患者(P<0.05)。结论对于可手术的TNBC和非TNBC患者,手术时年龄、术后肿块大小、TNM分期并无差别,但TNBC患者术后无疾病生存期(DFS)和总生存期(OS)更短。
