摘要 为分析气吸式自扰动玉米精量排种器性能参数的最佳匹配,采用双因素试验的方法,对排种盘转速和工作压力对排种精度的影响进行了试验研究,分析发现,压力、转速和其交互作用均对排种精度具有极其显著的影响。以合格指数、漏播指数、重播指数作为试验指标,对试验结果进行了回归分析。对回归方程在置信度对为0.95条件下进行控制,获得粒距合格指数的控制方程。选取随机转速样本点,求得压力参数的控制范围,并进行台架试验,考察控制结果的可靠性。试验结果表明,通过控制方程得到的压力参数范围区域可以很好地将合格指数控制在预期区间内,为实际设计提供了理论依据。 In order to analyze the optimal performance of an air-aspiration-type maize precision seed-metering device combined with seed churning, different influences of seed disc rotating speed and working pressure on precision seed-metering devices have been studied through double factors test method in this paper. The analysis of variance reveals that pressure, rotating speed and their interaction significantly affect the performance of the metering device. The regression analysis was carried out by using qualified feed index (QFI), miss-seeding index, reseeding index. Optimal control equation of QFI was obtained under the condition of confidence degree of 95% by controlling on regression equation. The control range of pressure was acquired by randomly selecting different rotating speeds, and the control outcome was inspected by experiments under laboratory condition. The test results showed that pressure interval obtained from control equation could ensure QFI in wanted range. Those results will provide theoretical basis for metering device design and guidance for practical design and production.
