摘要
目前葡萄干的等级划分大部分依靠人工进行,劳动强度大,作业效率低,成本高,严重制约了新疆地区葡萄干产业的规模化发展。因此,急需实现葡萄干的自动化分级。分析总结了国内外现有的葡萄干和相关产品的自动分级技术,对比分析了各种解决方案的优缺点,结合现有成熟的计算技术,提出了葡萄干自动化分级技术的发展趋势。
At present, the grading of raisins is mostly done by manual labor. Labor intensity is large, operation efficiency is low and cost is high, which seriously restricts the expanding of raisin industry in Xinjiang. Therefore, it is urgent to develop the automatic grading equipment for the raisin. This paper analyzes and summarizes the existing automatic raisins grading technology domestic and abroad, compares and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of various solutions, and proposed the development trend of raisin automatic grading technology combined with existing mature computing technology.
