摘要 对当今机械疲劳寿命预测方法进行总结,对比了每种方法的局限性及优势,以此来促进对疲劳寿命预测的研究。主要描述了名义应力法、局部应力-应变法、损伤容限法以及场强法。并对疲劳裂纹形成和疲劳裂纹扩展理论进行阐述。最后,对疲劳寿命预测方法的改善做了展望。 With the progress of science and technology, the demand for mechanical product reliability is increasing. Fatigue failure is one of the main reasons for mechanical failure, and the prediction of fatigue life of products has certain significance. This paper summarizes the current prediction methods of fatigue life, and compares the limitations and advantages of each method to promote the study of fatigue life prediction. The paper describes the nominal stress method, the local stress-strain method, the damage tolerance method and the field strength method. The fatigue crack formation and fatigue crack propagation theory are discussed. Finally, the improvement of fatigue life prediction method is prospected.
