摘要
喷油泵是确保电控柴油机供油压力达到135 MPa,符合国Ⅲ以上尾气排放标准的主要设备。通过柴油机喷油泵测试台,利用专用传感器检测到喷油泵输出的燃油压力、温度和流量等参数,经过A/D转换以后,输入到PC机,并由柴油机喷油泵专用测试软件对喷油泵的密封性能和SCV阀的响应性能进行分析和测试,最后对经过检修后的柴油机喷油泵的工作性能进行准确评价,并且试车成功。因此,在柴油机喷油泵的检修过程中,正确使用喷油泵试验台,对于提高电控柴油机的诊断水平和使用效率具有重要意义。
Injection pump is the main equipment employed in electronic diesels to meet the Chinese emission standard at phase Ⅲ or above with the pressure reaching 135 MPa. With special sensor of the injection pump tester, the pressure, temperature and flow quantity of the fuel injection pump are detected, and through A/D conversion, input to the PC, the injection pump sealing performance and the SCV valve response performance are analyzed and tested by a special software with successful repair test of the diesel engine. Furthermore, it is very important to improve fault diagnosis level and service efficiency by correct use of the injection pump tester in detection and repair process of the injector pump.
