论研究生党建与创新创业教育的双向融合

On the Mutual Integration Between Postgraduates' Party Construction and Education of Innovation and Entrepreneurship

当前,高校研究生党建工作暴露出一些问题,影响学校党建工作和研究生人才培养。研究生党建与创新创业教育均是研究生人才培养不可或缺的重要环节,两者具有内在目标的共通性、内容的契合性和过程的协同性,推进研究生党建与创新创业教育的双向融合,有其重大的现实意义,应通过党建引领创新创业教育,创新创业教育助推党建,实现两者的双向互动、同频共振。

At present,some problems unfolded in postgraduates＇ party construction work in universities have affected personnel training and party construction. Party construction and education of innovation and entrepreneurship,as the indispensable parts for postgraduates＇ education,both possess certain characteristics in terms of the commonness of inner goals,compatibility of contents and coordination of processes. Promoting bilateral integration between postgraduates＇ party construction and education of innovation and entrepreneurship is of great practical significance. The paper argues that the education of innovation and entrepreneurship should be guided by the party construction and the party construction be promoted by the education of innovation and entrepreneurship in return.
