长三角海洋物流业人才集聚现状问题及对策研究

Study on the Current Situation,Problems and Countermeasures of the Talent Agglomeration in the Marine Logistics Industry of the Yangtze River Delta

随着"一带一路"的逐步实施,海上"丝绸之路"也得到了大众的重视。而长三角作为起点之一,其对海洋物流人才的吸引力决定着"一带一路"起点相关产业的发展水平。文中在对相关文献进行综述的前提下,通过主成分分析法对长三角10个城市的13个指标进行分析,得出影响海洋物流人才集聚的主要因素,出现的问题并提出相关建议,以期能够为长三角相关产业的发展做出贡献。

With the gradual implementation of One Belt And One Road, the maritinle ＂silk road＂ has also received public attention. As one of the starting points, the attraction of Yangtze river delta to Marine logistics talents determines the development level of relevant industries at the starting point of One Belt And One Road. On the premise of summarizing relevant literatures, this paper analyzes 13 indicators of 10 cities in Yangtze river delta through principal component analysis, obtains the main factors influeneing the talent agglomeration of ocean logistics, and puts forward relevant Suggestions, so as to contribute to the development of relevant industries in Yangtze river delta.
